Once the auger reaches the predetermined depth, a high-quality concrete mix is pumped through its hollow stem. Simultaneously, the auger is slowly and carefully withdrawn. This process ensures that the concrete fills the void from the bottom up, maintaining continuous support to the bore walls and preventing soil ingress. Immediately after the auger is fully withdrawn, the reinforcement cage is inserted into the freshly placed concrete. This creates a solid, reinforced concrete pile that is structurally integral with the surrounding soil.
